These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of onspotlocksmith.com and the locksmith services provided by OnSpot Locksmith ("OnSpot Locksmith," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
OnSpot Locksmith provides mobile automotive, residential, and commercial locksmith services in San Luis Obispo County, California. We aim to offer 24/7 availability, but service is subject to demand, location, weather, and technician availability, and response times are estimates, not guarantees.
2. Authorization & Proof of Ownership
By requesting service, you represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or property, or that you are lawfully authorized to request locksmith service for it. We may require government-issued identification and proof of ownership or authorization before performing work, and we reserve the right to refuse service if such proof is not provided or if a request appears unlawful.
3. Estimates, Pricing & Payment
Quotes provided by phone or online are estimates based on the information you give us; the final price may change once a technician assesses the job on site. A service-call or dispatch fee may apply. Payment is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, check, major credit and debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.
4. Cancellations
If you cancel after a technician has been dispatched, a service-call fee may apply to cover travel and time.
5. Warranty & Disclaimers
We stand behind our workmanship. Except for any limited warranty we expressly provide in writing, services and the Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Emergency entry and certain procedures carry inherent risk; we use professional, damage-minimizing methods but cannot guarantee that no damage will occur in every circumstance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnSpot Locksmith will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, logos, and materials on the Site are owned by OnSpot Locksmith and may not be copied or used without our permission.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites that we do not control or endorse, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California.
